Petty Corruption. My mainland Chinese American friends, who travel back and forth to China assure me that petty Corruption is well and alive in China and the ranking by Transparency International, which monitors ‘perception of corruption’ in nations, ranks both India and China about equal. I land at Hyderabad or Bangalore Airports. The airports are spotless, well maintained, orderly and the people follow all the rules, the security is run smoothly like clockwork. The Uber and Taxi System is excellent and smoothly run. So is the Baggage Carousel, Immigration, Customs, etc. etc. WOW!
